Hot Stone Massage
In this practice, the stones are more than a source of heat – they are an extension of the hand.
By integrating placement stones for deep, grounding warmth with basalt tools for active massage, we reach the layers of the body that manual pressure alone cannot access.
As the heated mineral meets the muscle, the nervous system is invited to soften, allowing for a profound release of ‘held’ tension.
This is a dialogue between the earth’s oldest element and your own anatomy — a rhythmic, thermal journey back to your center.
Vishesh: The Art of Deep Friction
A powerful, rhythmic Ayurvedic massage designed to break through deep seated tension and ‘ama’ (stored toxins). Using brisk, firm strokes and specialized oils, Vishesh creates a healing friction that penetrates the muscle layers and stimulates the lymphatic system. It is a cleansing of the body’s subtle channels — an invitation to move what has become stagnant and return to a state of vital flow.
Garshana & Abhyanga: The Golden Ritual
A dual-phase treatment designed to policy the skin and soothe the spirit. We begin with Garshana, a dry lymphatic brushing using raw silk gloves to stimulate circulation and clear the energetic field. This is followed by Abhyanga, a rhythmic immersion in warm herbilized oils. It is a transition from the ‘dry’ friction of daily life to the ‘saturated’ peace of true self-care.
Shirodhara: The River of Quiet
A meditative ourney into the centerof the self. Shirodhara beings with a steady stream of warm, herbalized oil poured gently over the ‘third eye’ or forehead. This ancient practice induces a state of deep alpha-wave relaxation, washing away the mental ‘noise’ of modern life. It is the ultimate treatment for the over extended mind — a return to the silent.
