Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. I understand that life happens; however, to honor the time and preparation put into our sessions, I require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee of [50%] of the service price.
- No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment and provide no notice, the full service fee will be charged.
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next client’s appointment. The full service fee will still apply.
By booking a session with Stillness & Stone, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

For Massage Therapy: All massage and bodywork services provided by Stillness & Stone are for the purposes of stress reduction, relief from muscular tension, and relaxation. These services are not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or chronic condition, please consult a physician. It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate health information and updates during our sessions.

Right of Refusal: Stillness & Stone maintains a professional, safe, and respectful environment. I reserve the right to terminate any session immediately if a client’s behavior is inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe.
