The $199 Mistake: Trusting My Ego Over Lenormand

Even as a reader, I am still human.  I asked the cards about a business venture, they gave me a clear ‘no’, and I did it anyway.

These are the cards I drew.

This is an 3×3, 9-card portrait, or mini tableau; multiple names, same spread. I read this type of spread using the underlying houses, which are the first 9 houses of a grand tableau.

What were the warning signs?

The Red Flags were nervous chatting, little financial gain, unhealthy loyalty, and confusion, The “Danger zone” was the Scythe. A card that cuts deep; this wasn’t a gift, it was a warning.

Conclusion

The truth is, you don’t always need cards to spot a bad situation. My gut was already mirroring the spread, but I chose to test my free will instead. Expensive lesson learned; next time the Scythe appears? I’m walking the other way!
